How to setup your school email on your mobile devices

Your La Salle email account can be setup to be used from your mobile device.  Below are instruction for setting up your email on Android, iOS, and Windows phone and tablet devices. For assistance in setting up other mail clients, see this support article from Office 365.

Mail for Windows 10

1. Open the Mail app and navigate to Settings > Manage Accounts > Add account
2. Choose Exchange from list of accounts
3. Enter your La Salle email address and password and choose Sign in
4. Choose Done
5. You have completed the setup and can now use your La Salle email on your device

iOS Mail app

1. Open Settings and navigate to Mail > Accounts > Add Account
2. Select Exchange
3. Enter your La Salle email address, password, and a description (such as "La Salle"). Then tap Next
4. If prompted for server settings, enter the following then tap Next
1. Email: your full email address
2. Server: outlook.office365.com
3. Username: your full email address
4. Password: you La Salle password
5. Choose the apps you want to use this account with then tap Save
6. You have completed the setup and can now use your La Salle email on your device

Outlook for iOS application

1. Download the Outlook for iOS application from the Apple App Store
2. Open Outlook for iOS
3. Go to Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account
4. Enter your full La Salle email address and choose Continue
5. If prompted for the type of email account, select Exchange
6. Enter your La Salle password and tap Sign In
7. Choose Yes or Allow to give permission to sync your content
8. You have completed the setup and can now use your La Salle email on your device

Outlook for Android application

1. Download the Outlook for Android application from the Google Play app store
2. Open Outlook for Android
3. Go to Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account
4. Enter your full La Salle email address and choose Continue
5. If prompted for the type of email account, select Exchange
6. Enter your La Salle password and tap Sign In
7. Choose Yes or Allow to give permission to sync your content
8. You have completed the setup and can now use your La Salle email on your device
