As we near the end of the 2018 calendar year, we would like to take a moment to review a few email-related topics:
1. Please be sure that all electronic correspondence with students is done via your LSCHS email account. As per our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), students and staff should not communicate using personal email accounts.
2. If an email seems suspicious, don't click the link or download an attachment! It is always better to err on the side of caution. You can always forward suspicious emails to our office and we will be happy to help you.
3. When replying to school-wide emails, please consider the recipients of your response. If you click "Reply All," all recipients of the original message ("From," "To," and "CC") will receive your message. If the original message was sent to LSCHS, everyone on campus will get your reply. Alternatively, if you select "Reply," a response will only be sent to the person who sent the original message or the person with the most recent reply in a thread.
How to choose between "Reply" and "Reply All" looks different depending on what mail client you are using.
