Adobe Spark - "Create beautiful graphics, web pages, and video stories – in minutes"
Are you looking to promote a club or activity on our school-wide digital signage? Grab your students' attention with an engaging web story? Create a short tutorial for your students? Alternatively, would you like your students to hand in something other than a PowerPoint?
Adobe Spark allows you and your students to create professional looking graphics, web stories, and/or videos. Spark provides you with three options to choose from: Post, Pages, or Video.
You can use Spark's templates or start from scratch using a blank canvas.
Brief overview of each tool:
Post - Create your own stunning graphics, flyers, posters, etc. Upload your own photo(s) or choose from thousands of free online images. Here's an example of a Spark Post -https://spark.adobe.com/gallery/photography/example/new-horizons/
Pages - Magazine-style web stories. No web design experience is needed. Spark provides various professional layouts that can be edited with simple drag and drop. Here's an example of a Spark Page -https://spark.adobe.com/gallery/education/example/composition-techniques/
Video - Impactful video stories built in minutes using slides. You provide video clips, photos, and/or text, and Spark does all of the design work for you. Additionally, you can add your own narration. Here's an example of a Spark Video - https://spark.adobe.com/gallery/gallery-editors-choice/example/my-inspiration/
You can access all three via spark.adobe.com or download each app individually on iOS or Android. Adobe Spark works on your phone, tablet, or desktop computer and your creations sync across all devices with ease. All La Salle College HS students and teachers can log into Adobe with their LSCHS credentials for full access.
*If creating a post for our digital signage, please be sure to set the custom size to 1920 (width) by 1080 (height). You can do this by clicking RESIZE on the side menu and then choosing CUSTOM.
